When I arrived, I found the receptionist to be unapproachable and lacking in warmth, making the check-in process uncomfortable. The communication barriers were frustrating, as my English was a struggle, and it only added to my unease. Additionally, even though I had pre-paid for the airport shuttle, it never arrived, forcing me to scramble for a last-minute Uber after waiting for nearly 40 minutes.

Had a great stay with friends! We visited Disneyland and explored Paris, and the shuttle to the airport was super convenient. Had a bit of a letdown when we asked for extra pillows and they were not accommodating. The staff didn’t have a great attitude and didn’t really help with the situation.

great location, but small rooms
The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was a pleasant surprise to find the room exceptionally clean throughout my stay. The hotel is perfectly located for early flights, with smooth travel connections to explore Paris and Disneyland Paris. The staff were quite friendly and helpful when I needed assistance with transport.
The rooms are quite tiny, which can be uncomfortable for some guests.

Plus, I really missed having water or tea available. it’s such an easy thing for a hotel to provide. On a brighter note, the bed was comfy enough for a good night’s sleep, which was a plus after a long travel day.
